Success Story

Structural Rack for Paper Rolls

"Our paper rolls weigh 8,000 lbs each. MTLI engineered a structural rack system with 16-foot spans that handles the loads safely. Standard racking couldn't come close."

Common Questions, Answered

Do you supply the racking or just install it?

Both. We sell, engineer, and install racking sourced across 500+ manufacturer partners worldwide, new and used, from selective and drive-in to push-back, pallet flow, and shuttle-ready systems.

Are your installations engineered and permitted?

Every install runs on stamped engineering, seismic design where required, and full permitting and inspections. Load signage and documentation are part of handover, not an extra.

Can you work around our live operation?

Yes. Aisle-by-aisle phasing, off-shift crews, and full teardown-and-reinstall programs inside operating distribution centers are standard work for our teams.

What about inspections and repairs after install?

We design full programs: scheduled rack safety inspections, damage repairs, protection upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance built around your uptime targets.
